BIG BANG....

There was something "bugging me" about this 'phenomenon' which CATALYZED  the synthesis of everything around us.....
"BIG BANG"....

As iam studying medicine in the college ,:-) so there could be a number of mistakes in this pure physics related article... So, your suggestion will be welcomed...,

 http://hqdesktop.net/wallpapers/l/1280x800/35/glow_pulsar_the_big_bang_sombrero_galaxy_1280x800_34286.jpg

~ BIG BANG AND PARALLEL UNIVERSE ~
> There was nothing and a blast takes place and everything  came into being.....(Big Bang)
> Fundamental particles like electrons are not a 0-dimensional "point" like structure, they are extended loops like a string (this explain it's movement, spin e.t.c)....like this the whole universe is just a loop
> (String's theory)
> Every matter and light has dual nature (i.e behave both like  matter and wave. (Quantum mech.)

* BIG BANG:
If we consider our universe as a product and the stimulus (which causes big bang) an enzyme. We require a substance for this catalytic reaction.
Substrate---catalyst--->Product
 " Theory of Information Conservation" also state the same phenomena
i.e We add a drop or two of ink in a water tank {this is the initial information} now after some time we observe that the ink is thoroughly mixed in the whole tank, like simple diffusion, {Observer can say tha info. is lost as the nature of initial stimulus i.e rounded drop is lost} but actually the info. is not lost, it is just scattered. And if we know that the patteren of this scattering info. we can make a blue print of initial information.
----> Long story short, there should be something very tiny little objects that alligned themselves in some ways under the pressure caused by Big Bang to make the matter we know today.
When this phenomena was taking there should be one thing happening i.e Consider the infinite initial state particles or tiny little objects as sets of mathematical numerals.
Now these infinite sets of particles have to combine with each other in a an finite fashion to make larger and larger particles.
A={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,.......}                          A'={8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,.......}
B={2,4,6,8,10,.......}                         B'={1,3,5,7,9,.......}
C={1,3,5,7,9,...........}                               C'={2,4,6,8,10,............}
D={8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,.............}                         D'={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,...........}
infinity                                                               infinity
Now these sets A' and A, B and B' e.t.c  represent initial particles. Intermixing with each other, there are two possibilities:
(1). Two same particles combine with  each other making lets "Alpha" infinity.
(2). Two d/f particles combine with each other making lets say "Beta" infinity.
----> So, when alpha and beta both individuals meet each other, they will say hey! we are alone in all this big black house (universe). But as both alpha and beta are produced infinitly by the infinite sets combining in a finite manner.
There are actually infinite copies of both alpha and beta wandering around universe.
----> For all these alpha and beta they are living in a Parallel Universe...
* A CONTROVERTIAL INCIDENT OF HAZRAT MOSSA [A.S]
It was narrated in Dr.Hameed Ullah's Book (in which he also doubt the health of this story). Below is just the summary of the incident.
Once Mossa [A.S] asked Allah to show him a miracle. Allah sent him to a well and told him to throw a stone in that well. Hazrat Mossa [A.S] did the same thing as told. A voice from inside the well "Who is it?". Hazrat Mossa [A.S] introduce himself. The same voice replied from the well " Before you, 999999 Mossa [A.S] came and did the sama thing".
----> Now this peculiar story give us a hint about parallel universe. Now there are two things which  could happen to Mossa [A.S]
----> (1). Parallel Universes which are formed at the time of big bang i.e d/f frames of space and time each containing the copy  or essentially individual but similar to catch other Hazrat Mossa [A.S] like this.
---------------               -------------                     -------------
frame 1                    frame 2                              frame 3
The difficulity with this kind of thinking is that the last of Mossa [A.S] which is facing the incident have no memory of the previous Mossa [A.S] , that makes perfect sense because d/f frames , d/f personality and lifes. But howcome that well remembers about all the previous Mossa [A.S].
----> This problem can also be solve by adding a "worm hole" in the picture . If we assume the well as a worm hole {structure connecting d/f frames}.

 (2). Second is watching this picture at Quantum level of parallel universe . But this doesn't hold any solid ground.

Steps to Quit Smoking....

QUIT SMOKING ,,
                           OR DIE TRYING........

 In the previous article, i tried pay heed on the adverse effects of (Tobacco) cigarette smoking.. In this Article i will try to depict some easy ways from which one can get benefit him/herself in his/her quest of quitting cigarette...............

#. KNOW ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM..
As discussed in my previous article,, what are the adverse effects of cigarette smoking.. you can consult internet, you can observe these effects on yourself (e.g bouts of cough, change of taste, gastrointestinal disturbances etc)

#. FIND A MOTIVATION..
Find a strong determination for eradicating this habit, the best way of doing this is to make a list about things that pushes you or makes you to give up this habit,, e.g your list may have - ''Iam terrified of getting cancer in my 50's or 60's'' , ''its a drag on my pocket'' , ''I feel embarrassed sitting in my friends or family''.....

Also acquire some facts about smoking this will subconsciously push you to "GIVE UP"..

#.CHOOSE A QUIT DATE..
Instead of making Birthday, New years, etc Resolve .. try to choose any specific date or day to begin with.. E.g lets say you will not be smoking on Sunday, then the next Sunday, and so on so forth... this will make your mind that, you are prohibiting yourself from smoking on this particular day of the week.. so even if you are smoking the rest of the week,, there is a no smoking day/week.. 4 no smoking days/ month.. and almost 48 no smoking days / year.. making this method, mathematically more ''attractive'' rather than making it a birthday resolve, which happens only once in a year....

 #. SURVIVE THE INITIAL WAVE..

Like all other addictions the initial days or the initial period of ''withdrawal'', ..Suit yourself with different methods like chewing gum, consuming sunflower seeds, (consult internet ).., consume coffee, tea, and other beverages to help in ''withdrawal phenomena'' and also aiding in the healing process for the catastrophe which was brought on by cigarette..

There are various other ways to distract yourself which will help you in getting over this habit , e.g run a lap whenever you have an urge of smoking, perform a set of pushups etc...

#. TELL YOURSELF A LIE..

 That is a very interesting psychological method of eradicating this habit... Don't smoke for a month, while keep telling yourself that you will again start smoking after the end of this month. Once the ''smoke free month'' ends, ask yourself if i can quit for month , why should i pursue it again.... so, no smoking for the rest of the life...

#. MEDICATION..
Ask your physician to prescribe you some ''NRT'' (nicotine replacement therapy).. or any other ''OTC'' (over the counter ) drugs which will act as a replacement for the ''addictive nicotine''

#. REWARD YOURSELF..

Reward yourself for not smoking when you a suppress an urge of smoking by eating something sweat, watching something good, allowing yourself a free time from work etc... this "CONDITIONING'' will exponentially enhance your chances of quitting cigarette..

#. STAY AWAY FROM DISTRACTIONS..

Stay away from the places or areas where you smoke quite often or try to make yourself at times when you smoke during your daily routine.. Throw everything which reminds you of this habit..

#. MAKE IT MEMORABLE..
Include your friends and family and make a little ceremony of abandoning smoking, this will put some extra pressure on you whenever (in future ) you would think of smoking again...

#. DON'T BE HARD ON YOURSELF..

Even if you slip, don't give up continue your abandonment and think of the ''EXTRA LIFE'' you can enjoy with your beloved ones!

The Big "Y" on Quitting Tobacco Smoking...

                                                 Smoking for fun, style, "treatment of depression", avoid boredom, to be socially accepted (in certain groups), etc etc.. People smoke tobacco for various reason. Most of them actually know the adverse affects of Tobacco which it cast not only to the person inhaling the smoke but also on his or her companions which are gifted for their company in a very ugly manner.
                                       As the title indicates , why someone who is enjoying the puffs of smoke and has not observed any apparent illness associated with smoking, should quit all of a sudden, his ecstasy habit...
 To answer that in a more "dummy friendly way"_ lets split the solution on the basis of adverse effects of Tobacco smoking.,.

#1-Health Effects:-

                                               The first and foremost important effects of smoking on any individual is on his/her health. Not noticeable apparently, harms of smoking can be thought as a "Silent killer" ( this name is actually a synonym of hypertension/increase in blood pressure, and is given to Smoking because of the way, how it affects Cardiovascular system)...... Following systems are affected directly or indirectly

                                      -->RESPIRATORY SYSTEM / Lungs

                                        The most marked effects of smoking can be appreciated on this organ, as a vital organ (without which we cant survive) lungs remain busy right from the start of birth till the end of life(just like heart) in inspiring and expiring air and providing us (our tissues and cells) with appropriate levels of oxygen..
                                      Normally, lungs retain their capacity to effectively eradicate any threat to its integrity (threat are in the form of pathogen, carcinogen, allergen etc), this protective mechanism is done by an anatomical structure, CILLIA, that is designed in a way to counter the foreign , potentially harmful,  objects..
smoking destroys these hair like structures making lung vulnerable to external mellieu..

                                 ->CARDIOVASCULAR System / Heart..

                                                       Cardiovascular and Respiratory systems operates in the vicinity of each other,, i.e they are highly integrated with each other , often depending upon each other performances for their individual chores.. Due to unknown reasons smoking enhances, chances of potentially harmful inflammatory diseases called ATHEROSCLEROSIS , resulting in "plaques" formation within vessels, which subsequently obstruct the blood flow and for a close circuit system like human's Cardiovascular system, any obstruction at any point will result in disturbance to overall blood flow.. this will affect Heart's performance which will lead to abnormal blood flow and subsequent abnormal oxygenation of peripheral organs like kidney, brain etc

                                                -->GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT / Gut / Stomach..

                                 There is chemical substance in Tobacco called NICOTINE which can act on certain receptors (competing with Acetylcholine) thus disturbing the normal physiology of GIT, including change in peristalsis, absorbtive functions, etc..... enhancing the discomfort and "Malaise" like feeling ( feeling of being ill)..

                                       --> MUSCULOSKELETAL System / Muscles..

                                                 Nicotine, as written before, act on certain receptors, tempering with muscular activity... Tremors and cold sweats can be regarded to the Nicotine..

                                   --> CENTRAL NERVOUS System / Brain..

                                                              Very Important organ to humans and a Wonder of nature, this divine gift has always mesmerized me with the mystery between its anatomy (structure) and physiology (function)..... this organ actually face the music as the addiction part of this ''habit'' is appreciated by the brain.. acting on various receptors, cigarette gives a sense of Euphoria ( feeling of happiness ), so whenever any individual lights a cigarette he/ she will feel good, but as soon their nicotine levels fall down they will again sense an urge of smoking again.. thats how this habit multiplies itself in the form of addiction.. also due the formation of ''Carboxy hemoglobin'' (by the carbon monoxide in cigarette) causing Carbon monoxide poisoning and subsequent dampening one cognitive functions also imparting toxic effects on neurons ( as they are very sensitive about the oxygen levels they receive through blood ).....
  So Addiction is nothing ,, its just a few chemicals in brain screwing up the normal chemistry of brain... :-)

                                      ---> GENERAL BENEFITS AFTER QUITTING CIGARETTE SMOKING,.,

20 minutes after quitting
Your heart rate and blood pressure drop.
    (Effect of smoking on arterial stiffness and pulse pressure amplification, Mahmud A, Feely J. Hypertension. 2003:41:183)
12 hours after quitting
The carbon monoxide level in your blood drops to normal.
    (US Surgeon General’s Report, 1988, p. 202)
2 weeks to 3 months after quitting
Your circulation improves and your lung function increases.
    (US Surgeon General’s Report, 1990, pp.193, 194,196, 285, 323)
1 to 9 months after quitting
Coughing and shortness of breath decrease; cilia (tiny hair-like structures that move mucus out of the lungs) start to regain normal function in the lungs, increasing the ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs, and reduce the risk of infection.
    (US Surgeon General’s Report, 1990, pp. 285-287, 304)
1 year after quitting
The excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a continuing smoker’s.
    (US Surgeon General’s Report, 2010, p. 359)
5 years after quitting
Risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and bladder are cut in half. Cervical cancer risk falls to that of a non-smoker. Stroke risk can fall to that of a non-smoker after 2-5 years.
    (A Report of the Surgeon General: How Tobacco Smoke Causes Disease - The Biology and Behavioral Basis for Smoking-Attributable Disease Fact Sheet, 2010; and Tobacco Control: Reversal of Risk After Quitting Smoking. IARC Handbooks of Cancer Prevention, Vol. 11. 2007, p 341)
10 years after quitting
The risk of dying from lung cancer is about half that of a person who is still smoking. The risk of cancer of the larynx (voice box) and pancreas decreases.
    (A Report of the Surgeon General: How Tobacco Smoke Causes Disease - The Biology and Behavioral Basis for Smoking-Attributable Disease Fact Sheet, 2010; and US Surgeon General’s Report, 1990, pp. vi, 155, 165)
15 years after quitting
The risk of coronary heart disease is that of a non-smoker’s.
    (Tobacco Control: Reversal of Risk After Quitting Smoking. IARC Handbooks of Cancer Prevention, Vol. 11. 2007. p 11)
These are just a few of the benefits of quitting smoking for good. Quitting smoking lowers the risk of diabetes, lets blood vessels work better, and helps the heart and lungs. Quitting while you are younger will reduce your health risks more, but quitting at any age can give back years of life that would be lost by continuing to smoke.

 #2. FINANCIAL PROBLEMS

This habits has many demerits, one of which is the economical wastage.. Its really a troll on ones pocket,, consider this ,, suppose a person spends 100 PkR for 20 cigarette.,. and he smokes 10 per day, this means he has to spend 100 PkR  every third day , this makes 400 per week 1600 PkR per month,, 19200PkR per year................... This is just an example which depicts the unfortunate loss of money on a poison which can't just kill you but also will be the cause of death of your beloved ones which enjoys your company not knowing what is coming up for them...

#3-SOCIAL PROBLEMS

                                                  Pretty common to notice it is regarded as a social evil, not consider a healthy activity all across the glob.. so this habit can restrict your ''circles'' , leading to psychological stigma..

                                                                 This list can be stretched to great lengths but to make my point the above given description is more than enough to sparkle a thought in reader's mind,,,, why am i smoking despite its obvious harms..........

                             Apparently there is nothing wrong about sticking up to this habit, but the smoke is eating internally not just poisoning you directly but also making you vulnerable to other diseases,, without you realizing , you are committing suicide

        Just by knowing the harmfull chemicals and their nature one can easily appreciate why it is so important not to smoke...

 with all above description ,, any logical mind can understand the severity of harmfulness of this ridiculous habit, which is not just bad for oneself  but for the others around, which deserve  a lot better then this.....

So ,, SAY NO TO THIS SELF DESTROYING HABIT.....
